This was a perfect fit for our remodeled bath, great looking and worked great, at first. Within 2 years, the bronze on the entire unit started to corrode, probably due to the interaction with the soap. But, if it can't handle soap, then that kind of defeats the purpose. Moen sent us out a new one, claiming they changed how they apply the finish. We changed to unscented, un-colored soap, and constanting cleaned it. After one year, the same thing started to happen again.
